May 15th 2023 Today is the International Day of Families? The International Day of Families was established by the United Nations in 1993 to raise awareness on issues faced by families throughout the world and highlight the important role that families hold in communities.
May 14th 2023 Wear appropriate safety gear when on a bike, rollerblades or skateboard. Make sure the gear fits properly and is not broken in any way. It will ‘save’ you in the long run.
May 13th 2023 Periodically it is good to check on toys and play equipment to make sure they are safe to use. Look for cracks or tears and replace any parts that are broken.
May 12th 2023 Wash your hands before handling raw foods such as meat, and fish, after playing with pets, working in soil, diapering, or using the toilet. This will help avoid spreading communicable diseases. Washing hands for at least 20 seconds with warm running water and soap is the way to stay healthy!
